If we were the type of company that issued gold fob watches for long-serving colleagues, Sally would be a worthy recipient.
Sally has been with us coming up to 17 years.
Now working part-time, Sally has filled a number of key roles within the firm since 1993. These include being Head of Department.
However, as her family has grown over time, Sally has needed a more flexible approach to working hours in order to achieve the right work/life balance. Here, we are keen to accommodate such a flexible approach, so that Sally is able to work from home one day a week and we retain a highly valued team player.
