Chris was educated at The Cardinal Vaughan School, Kensington, before launching his career with Price Forbes in the City of London in 1967. Three years later, Chris moved to Abbey Life Assurance Company and became a Group Pensions Consultant covering the Midlands.
With Silver Jubilee memorabilia everywhere and punk starting to make an impact on the music scene, he Joined Norwich Union as a Consultant at Law Courts and West End office (1977 - 1987). This was followed by a spell as Sales Manager at London City office (1987 - 1990) and then, as East Midlands Area Manager (1990 - 1998).
Chris Joined Russell Tomlinson in 1998, becoming a Director a year later and leading HR and Advisory Services until handing over the reins in 2012.
Happily married to Kay and with 5 grandchildren to keep him on his toes, Chris has returned to the role that he likes best which is working with his clients.
